This guest house is a restored grist mill, circa 1850. It originally had double slat sided walls in which corn-on-the-cob was stored for drying. The mill equipment was located on the second floor and bagging was done on the first floor via chutes in the ceiling.
The building now is a fully equipped 3 bedroom, 3 bath house with approximately 1600 square feet of floor space. The Mill has high speed wireless internet service.

The first floor features a living room with exposed beams, wood floors, a fireplace, A/C a stereo system, a DVD player, a VCR and satellite TV. In addition, this floor has a full bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a with a full size range, a micro-wave oven, a dishwasher and all the small app- liances needed for family meal preparation. |

A winding staircase leads to the second floor. The master bedroom (right) has a queen size bed and a full bath. A second bedroom (below) and another full bath are also located on this floor. Both bedrooms have views of the farm and river.

Weekly Saturday to Saturday- Sleeps 6 adults
High season - June 16 - Sept. 8 $995/week, plus taxes. Winter season - Jan. 3 - April 1 $3,800 Christmas, New Year’s, & President’s Week $1,695/week plus taxes All other times $795/week, plus taxes.

The dining table comfortably seats eight. French doors lead from the dining area to a small deck with steps down to a patio, suitably equipped for outdoor dining.

For the comfort of our future guests we do not permit smoking in this facility.
Small pets are welcome but there is a $50.00 special cleaning fee.

The third floor includes a walk through area with a double sleep sofa and a full bedroom (right) with twin beds. |
