The Christmas Cottage, also located on the farm, is a one bedroom, one bath facility with about 500 square feet of floor space. The front porch is furnished with a dining table and love seat for relaxed dining and lounging, with exquisite views of the Connecticut River valley to the south and the Skitchewaug mountain to the west. The Cottage has high speed wireless internet service. |

Weekly Saturday to Saturday- Sleeps 4 adults High season - June 16 - Sept. 8 $695/week, plus taxes. Winter season - Jan. 3 - April 1 $1,900 Christmas, New Year’s, & President’s Week $895/week, plus taxes All other times $495/week, plus taxes.
